Plumber called for a leak in the ceiling which he could not identify. That was fine. Probably an AC issue. Leaves the ceiling tiles out of place for me to fix. But then he fixes a faucet and uses the wrong part and then charges what amounted to more than a new faucet. Never explaining the costs beforehand. I wouldnt use this company again. Too many reputable upfront companies to put up with this kind of work.

Another great experience with Pete's. First time was at the place I work, so I tried them out at our home with a mini-crisis (internal pipes leaking badly). Gary came out during a busy time and helped me in a pinch. Great experience, very grateful for the excellent work.

Water heater went south after 15 years. Pete’s was busy but was able schedule us within two days. Professional and clean installation. Not cheap but done right the first time. You get what you pay for. Have used them in the past for kitchen disposer and faucet install. Always friendly and great work. We will definitely call them first for any future needs.

Just hung up with them, they have been out here two times for the same problem and basically will not stand by their work. Wanted to charge another high service fee to "diagnosis" the same problem they have had the opportunity to work on twice. Don't waste your time with these guys. We went off a referral and are now looking elsewhere.
