Anytime Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

The technician Dean was knowledgeable . He did replace my thermostat twice 6 weeks before. I thought it was the same thermostat problem. He divined it to be a small condenser inside the Condenser assembly. Then he quoted an astronomical price for the condenser - $ 234 plus $ 55 for the trip. I showed him on Amazon GE branded condenser at $ 15 and no shipping charge. Other makes are at lower price. 1500 % mark-up !!!!. It is plain robbery. He said he can not do anything with the price . No discount. No price matching. Take it or leave it. He will show me how to connect the three connections, etc. As I did not have the proper tools I agreed grudgingly for him to fix it.. Happy with his work. Hope, I do not have to call him again soon.

Brandon was great about getting back in touch with me even though it was early in the morning. He got Zach out a few hours later to the house to get our hot water heater issue resolved. Zach was very professional and efficient! I really appreciate all that he did for us!!! Thanks to Brandon and Zach!!!! I will only use Anytime for plumbing and am hoping to use for electrical work soon too!!!

Middle of hotlanta summer... Lost AC overnight. Searched local ac repairs on google. They were in the top 4 highest rated businesses. Other businesses I called were rude or wanted to charge an emergency fee for same day or simply didn’t answer. Called ANYTIME at 8 am. Very professional and courteous over the phone. Able to offer same day service WITHOUT an emergency charge in the middle of summer. Minimal travel/diagnostic fee. Scheduled window for service was 1 pm - 6 pm. Tech arrived around 2:30 pm. Diagnosed the issue and repaired in less than 30 minutes. Price for part and labor was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

They acquired the company from whom we had purchased our units and we had them out to do a Preventative Maintenance visit. We were at first not thrilled about someone different coming because we had been happy with our previous people. We were pleasantly surprised with our visit. The technician (Mr. Meyer) was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He even made some recommendations of how we could save money.
