Took 5 attempts to get answering service to pick up on a Sunday morning. Was told a tech will call me shortly. 6 hours go past and its 2 PM now, I called another local plumber and got the owner on the phone in 3 rings. They said someone would be there in 1 hour or he would be here personally... Now it is hard for me to post this since I have been a solid customer of Watson Plumbing for almost 10 years and this is the second time I have had this issue with them. Well I get a phone call from Watson Monday morning asking me if I still needed service. Mr. Johnny, I hope you see this and read it sir. Your employees lack of care is costing your business some money. I sir will be calling the other company for my needs from here on foward.
Will never do business with them again. A week later leak still wasn't fixed. Had to call another plumber to fix the leak.Said they ordered the part.They were a no call no show after that. Call someone else to do the job if you want it done.
