ProTech Services Plumbing, Heating and Air

I have been a Pro-Tech customer for over ten years. I recently went out of town for the weekend and returned home to discover one of my two air units no longer cooling. I called another air conditioning company who sent a technician to my home and told me that after a thorough inspection, I needed to purchase two units because neither could be repaired. I decided to call Pro-Tech and I'm so glad that I did. Michael Tidwell came to my home and discovered that I did not need to purchase new units. He carefully inspected and repaired both of my air units. He literally put himself in my position and helped me to make the best decision to repair my units. I appreciate the honest, fair, and prompt service that I received. I will always use Pro-Tech and will always refer my friends to Pro-Tech as well. I am pleased to say that my family and I well rest comfortably and cool tonight. I'm a Pro-Tech customer for life.

I can't say enough good things about this business. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, our AC and heat are running perfectly.
