I ordered an installation with Home Depot. They hired a third party installer, who in turn cancelled my oder as soon as I mentioned that I will call Home Depot to solve the scheduling issue. I've waited 3 weeks for my paid services and in the end they washed their hands cleaned and refunded me. If Home Depot decided to hire a third party they need to fix the kinks between them not inconveniencing the consumer with such issues. Poor customer service. What a shame.
