André resolved my minor issues (clearing my clogged drains) as well as more serious problems - replaced the leaky washing machine valves on a stackable in a tight closet space and installed a tankless hot water system in place of a 16 year old tank in my attic of all places! As to non-plumbing items, Alta communicated clearly with me prior to and on my appointment day so I knew when to expect them; they cleaned up afterwards and maintained a friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable demeanor through all our interactions. Alta Mechanical did stunning service in one of my properties. Andrew replace the all plumbing including the water heater and the water softening system in a reasonable time.
