I had been having an issue with the drains in one of my bathrooms for some time, and had a lot of trouble finding a plumber that could come out and take care of my issue (most were either too busy or wouldn't even return my call). Steve called me back early the next day and was able to come out to my house when it was convenient for me to be home. Within an hour he had the problem solved, and with extremely fair pricing (another company wanted $500 before they even started the work). I really wish I could give Steve the Drain Surgeon six stars. Thank you so much for the prompt and professional service!!!
