After being "ghosted" by a couple companies, I contacted Ron at Certified Plumbing Services. Ron responded to my voice mail right away. After agreeing to the price, the project was completed timely and very professionally. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I highly recommend Certified Plumbing Services! Other contractors should learn about how to do business (returning phone calls, not standing up a customer) from Ron.

After leaving several voice emails with plumbing companies, Ron called me back within a couple hours. Only one ro call back. He sent Joe out the next morning to fix our plumbing problems. Joe was very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions. Thank you for an excellent job. Will recomend highly!!!

These people are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!! I live in NC and my elderly father lives in Port Orange. I called and left Ron a voicemail and in less than a hour he called back. He said he might not be able to make it today but would try tomorrow. They not only made it out today they have already fixed the issue! Great prices. I will be using them for now on!!

I called Ron on a Monday morning after our hot water heater went out on Saturday. He offered to come over on Monday, but we were unavailable. He came over first thing Tuesday morning to assess the situation and was able to install the new water heater Tuesday afternoon. I didn't get to meet Ron in the morning, as I was at work, but since I came home in the afternoon, he made the effort to come over to introduce himself while his employee was completing the work. The new water heater is great (hottest water I've ever had), and Ron and his employee were extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Certified Plumbing Services Inc.!
