The shower would not turn off, I called the first plumber I found on the internet and that was Chris Dyer Plumbing. So glad I did. Kyle Collins did an excellent job. Twice before I've had two different plumbing companies here on this same shower. I was beginning to think Benton didn't have any plumbers that was qualified to be called a plumber. Thanks again Kyle. I would give this company 10 stars if I could have.

We have been waiting for two months to get a line replaced and it has been a complete run-around when we call to find out what is going on. The lady that answers the phone has been extremely disrespectful and seems irritated to answer the phone. They dug a hole in my flower bed before the 4th of July. They finally came back a month later and didn't know why they were at my house. My wife reminded them it was to replace the main drain line. The guy then proceeds to tell her their equipment is broke down and they didn't have a rental lined up for the day. He then tells her they need to get the underground lines marked before they (I completely understand). The lines were located Monday and the line still hasn't been replaced. My wife calls the phone number again and the lady that answers acts dumbfounded as to why the guys aren't out here to do the job. This is beyond ridiculous. We are now at two full months to get a drain line replaced. If I were the home owner you guys would be fired and I would take my business elsewhere.
