After agreeing to do a job, Josh stalled for a week, dodging my calls, claiming that he was out of town (apparently to a town without cell service). He finally made it to the house and inspected it, gave me some options and a quote and told me he would order the part. He proceeded to dodge my calls for another week, until I finally had to get someone else to do it. Pretty much the worst customer service I've dealt with.
