Very Fast, High Quality, and Economical Service! I called and spoke with Jake at 6:30AM Tuesday morning since I needed my toilet repaired due to an item falling from the medicine cabinet, striking the toilet causing the porcelain to break. Jake requested me to text him a few photos of the toilet along with my contact information, so he could match what was installed. Minutes after the text he was able to locate the same toilet and conveyed he would arrive at 8AM the same day! Yes, the same day! Not only did Jake arrive on time, he was very polite and courteous during the entire project. His work was very detailed, and most importantly his final price came in less than his original estimate...even with additional items that needed to be done. Finally, what good is a job if the work area is not cleaned up at completion. Jake finished this job including the entire mess and removed all of the debris no longer needed. Job Well done Jake! I've been using Jacob and his father or brother's for years infact the whole neighborhood and all my friends and family have aswell.im so happy one of them finally started they own business, im so proud of them all they are such good boys.im not trying to embarrass you jacob lol .im just so exited for you,and i know everyone you help will feel the same way about you like all of us do hun.ok let me get back on track. Jacob is the youngest of the family and definitely the most careful when it comes to keeping a clean area while he works and very good at helping customers understand what needs to be done right then and in the future.very smart and he just one of those men who just doesn't give up.
