Amazing sales assistant Suzanne Cortes sure went above and beyond in service for the Hot Water Heater I purchased. Installation by outside contractor made same day ordered. Excellent installer, Mark, and installation. Problem was getting invoice filed in Home Depot System in order to take advantage of special financing. Several calls made by myself and a couple by Suzanne to contractor over 3 days before invoice hit HD system and the 4th. Day before Suzanne again called them on my behalf to have invoice emailed to me. This is my second major purchase at this store and I have nothing but praise for service after the sale.
