Most excellent service! Dave and Dillon came to my home to do a plumbing test for me, after my insurance company denied a claim based on an engineer's assumption that my foundation issues were due to leaks in plumbing. My home has been in my family since it was being built in 1976, back when homes were built strong and sturdy. We have never had plumbing issues, and I found myself having to prove this to the insurance company. Dave answered my questions and addressed my concerns with professionalism and honesty, and explained in detail what they would be doing and what to expect. They were both very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, and alleviated my fears and concerns. Even better, they found no leaks, which made my entire day brighter! They called and told me an ETA and they showed up when I expected them. I couldn't be more pleased. Linda in the office was just as friendly and helpful, ensuring I had a copy of their report and assuring me she would - with my permission - send info to my insurance company if required. Scheduled an appointment with Brandon for this afternoon. At the time of scheduling I requested an estimated time of arrival. I was only told Doug would be be handling my appointment and that he would give me a call 30 minutes before arrival. I ended up staying home all day and did not receive a call from anyone with this company and no one showed up for the appointment. I ended up calling Brandon AFTER HOURS regarding the no show only for him to tell me "they got busy." Be aware that if you do business with this company you are dealing with very unprofessional people that don't have the common decency to let you know if your appointment needs to be rescheduled and they have no regard for your time.

Brent came right out and found the leak the plumber couldn't locate. Very efficient, friendly, and you have confidence he will locate your leak. Reasonable prices, not sure where the one review was coming from. This was 1/4 the price of the plumber and he found the leak in the outside line. You wont regret calling them.

I have had a pool leak for years. Our pool was installed around 2005 and it has been a problem since. We ended up taking the contractor to court and they claimed to fix the leaking issues we encountered. This is not the case. I have called several leak detection companies and was overwhelmed at the cost involved to fix my pool, so I though. I immediately called them and within a week they responded. The technician came out and did a thorough inspection of my pool. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Within 45 minutes, I had a leak free pool. I was shocked! The last company told me that it was going to cost me thousands of dollars to tear around my pool and have the leak fixed. It's been a week and my water level is normal. I would consider this company to be honest and reliable.
