If I could give him a 0, I would. Given how busy every other plumber was right now due to hurricane Michael, it should have been a red flag that he was able to come to the house for a consultation so quickly. Horrible customer service, rude, and doesn't keep schedule, as he verbalized.

Very pleased with the service vist today! They were at my home in a timely manner and had my toilet flange, valve, hose and wax seal replaced in no time. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend these folks for sure.
