The Clean Plumbers

I had a problem with the shower faucets and another plumber from a different company said He had to break the wall to fix it, so I declined. I called Phillip the clean plumbers and a pleasant young guy came checked it and told me he could fix without breaking the wall. He fixed it in a timely manner and it cost less that I expected. Thank you very much! You guys are awesome! I will recommend it for honesty, accuracy and very good customer service.

They showed up when they said, communication was amazing , all my nervous questions answered. Every single guy that was at my house was very nice, knowledgeable, professional, communicative. Also let me add. They have a young man, 21 that lives in riverview that works for them - very impressed by how hard he worked. He was fantastic- nice to see a young man work so hard. I’m very pleased with the quality of work, the speed of work, the communication. We bought them lunch and drinks and it was well earned. After four days with no hot water , I just took the best shower ever and I owe it to them. Excellent job guys and thank you.

They do good work but shop around. We called them for a kitchen leak and were told we needed a new disposal unit. At that point I should have shopped around, but I was distracted and told them to replace it. Cost total of $ 584. Later my wife checked and we could have got the unit for under $ 200. I called owner and told him it was too much for labor. And instead of listening and offering even a small credit, he argued with me. Even called me a cheap customer. Wow. I would love to have his personal budget if he does not shop for value. And said I doubt you will refer others to us. As a small businessman, I like to take care of others like this one, but I dont care to be lectured. I am the customer! a bit more professional conversation goes a long way

I tried to use them for a repipe. Paul, the owner i think came out gave a fair price but in the end, i had to go with a lower cost company, simply for budget concerns. Paul seemed professional but that was only until i tried to use him/ his company for a minor covert bath set up to a shower set up. And since this happened to be the same house that i didnt have him repipe, in his words " it left a sour taste in my mouth" he actually refused my business. The reason i tried to use him for this issue and not the plumbers that actually did the repipe, was because he seemed professional at the time and did give me a fair middle range bid. I own rental properties and always thought i would at least attempt to use his business in the future. but not now, not ever. You'd think he would like the opportunity to showcase why i should have gone with him. But i guess not

Horrible service and experience. They came out and quoted us $600. The plumber didn't know what he was doing and cross-threaded the valve. Then he took our existing shower faucet and left me with a leaky tub, with no faucet head....I could only use my shower by turning it on with with vice grips (Which put out Cold water only)... The next day, I had a different plumbing company come out and fix it in less then 20 minutes and only charged us $170 bucks. I called the "Clean Plumbers" company and requested they come and install my old faucet head, that way i could at least have something to turn my faucet on with, but they said they threw it in the trash....These guys not only broke my old faucet and made the leak even worse, and attempted to over charge me,and then basically stole my old faucet head and threw it in the trash.
