We asked Angelo if he would be willing to take calls direct from our tenants when they had an issue. And he was willing. He also suggested we use his cell phone on the paper work so there would be no delay when service is needed. When he does get a call from one of our tenants he calls us to confirm before servicing. So far they have been very responsive. Thanks You!
