I contacted Mr. Rooter to complete a project for my elderly mother: I live in another city so this was completely accomplished online and via telephone. From start to finish I received professional courteous service. Everyone connected with the project gave superb service. I am amazed how effortless the arrangements were made and carried out. This is due to the knowledgeable and dedicated staff at Mr. Rooter. I was kept apprised of the progress and provided photos. I cannot say enough about the expert service we received. Plumbing issues are never fun... but if you have Kris and Justin to your rescue, you can expect at least a decent time. My mother experienced a basement flood the day after her husband (my stepfather) passed. We were grieving his loss while they were busy at work. They were so compassionate and knew just the right things to say. Their work lasted all day and required additional forces. Kris made very sure that all involved were aware of our loss.  Justin was so caring and promised to check in on my mom periodically. Many things happened that day. They handled it all with professionalism and genuine concern. Mr. Rooter is so very lucky to have these 2 men. I recommend highly!

Ms. Judy always answers the phone with a wonderful attitude and schedules prompt service. I have dealt with Eric on several occasions and he is extremely thorough and professional. Every time a plumber has come to the house, they bring a door mat, and wear booties to ensure they don’t track in any dirt or grime into my home. Overall, I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Mr. Rooter’s service.

Excellent customer service! Great overall experience! We had an issue with our hot water heater, I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing ( being they had the best reviews) spoke with Judy who was super friendly and very helpful. She scheduled an appointment merely hours later. The technicians, Jonathan and Kris, arrived in a very timely manner. They were very professional and friendly. Jonathan and Kris quickly found the issue and gave me opinions as to what they could do. After deciding to replace the entire system, they offered to take care of it TODAY (at 5:00)! Those guys are awesome! Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing!
