These guys have always been great. We've had to call them several times and are always fair and actually very helpful!
Usually quick service, hard working, no complaints.
I have never felt the need (good or bad) to write a review on google but the service and price from Roto-Rooter was excellent. A friendly tech came out yesterday but couldn't quite fix our issue. No problem, his boss came first thing the next morning, got us fixed up, and the bill was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using them again.
They came out yesterday to empty tank.then the house was still flooded so we called him back 10 min. Later to see if he would snake it and just told us to drill hole in pipe.he was only 6 miles away.very disappointed in service.checking the flow of the home should be part of service.
