Sean was two days fixing or repairing lines that was improperly installed. He was very professional and friendly and explain the issues and I greatly appreciate everything he did. Josh was here on the second day he was also very friendly and professional and explained everything. I think that their reward should be doubled.

I am very happy with my experience with Mr. Rooter! Sean has done a few things for us now, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He’s professional and knowledgeable. He’s the kind of person you trust to tell you the truth and know that he’s doing the best for your home. The customer service is great - I love the picture and blurb they send about the technician coming to your home. I also love that they have shoe covers when they come into your home! It’s the small things! Overall, very pleased with Sean and Mr. Rooter. Highly recommend.

Great service!! Sean took care of our broken drain pipe and leaking pipes in kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get everything repaired. I will definitely call them again if needed.

We had a sewer main line clog. When our tech was on the way we received a text with a picture of the tech, his credentials, and even some personal interests of his. So when I met up with him I knew it was him and I felt like I knew him from the bio that was sent. He did a great job and getting the clog fixed, explaining what he was doing, along with explaining some of the possible solutions to help in the future. This is a number I saved in my phone and will be the first place I call with any future needs. Top notch service!! Update: I had to call them back out due to my sewer line being clogged again. They worked on it for a while and determined that I needed to have the line replaced. We set up the replacement for that Friday. On Wednesday, I got a call from them saying that due to weather they wanted to know if they could come a day earlier to get it done. They arrived on Thursday, and by early afternoon they had it all replaced.
