Needed a tech dispatched after hours because AC wasn’t cooling in the middle of summer. John was dispatched and there aren’t enough words to express what a great guy he is. Professional, clean, efficient, thorough. Even had an unfortunate incident with a neighbor, he remained calm & professional. Called the office to express my apologies for the neighbor & boast about John’s good work. Spoke with his boss Chris & he was very kind and professional as well. I hope they keep him around & take care of him, he’s one of those rare employee’s that everyone needs and wants. Keep it up John! ????

Like many, when our power came back on after Hurricane Irma, our A/C wasn't working properly. Not only, did United Mechanical answer our call promptly and professionally, but we had a visit and assessment of situation within 24 hours. That was surprising based on the fact that so many A/C companies were buried with requests because other home owners were experiencing similar issues with their A/C as power was being restored. Within an hour of our visit, they provided a very clear idea of what our next steps were, and each of possible options, too. Taking the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on our next step, United Mechanical exceeded our dream in getting our new system installed by installing our system quickly, efficiently and professionally (they kept things extremely clean throughout the process!) One of the biggest bonuses, too, is that they mentioned they'd come back in a few months, and then in a year, too, to review everything, maintain our system assuring everything is running the way it's supposed to.
