Was in touch with this "company" for 12 days total. Wasn't able to just schedule a specific time for a simple back flow test. Was told that a guy will come out which day after day never happened. After contact was made we were told that they were "To busy with all of there loyal and patient customers". 12 days for a 30min test seemed patient to me but I suppose not. Extremely unprofessional business practices.
