We had issues with the kitchen sink. They came out and fixed the clog and even repaired some wrong piping. Great service! Job was done fast and well. Thank you. I would recommend him to family members.

Extremely disappointing experience. Had Eric out to my home, received a quote for the installation of a water filter as well as the relocation and installation of a Trutankless hot water heater. Scheduled the work for two weeks out and lined up an electrician per Eric's request. The morning of the job I received a text that he could not make it out due to an emergency and to find another plumber. Called Eric and left a message that this was not possible due to being so last minute and that we would wait until his emergency repair was complete. Let him know he could come out later in the day or at worst case the next day. Received a text at noon, without any explanation, that he would not be available at either time. Texted back for him to give me the simple courtesy of a return call. Received radio silence from that point on! Was forced to scramble to find another plumber that charged over double of what Eric quoted, spent the night without hot water and never got the water filter installed. To say the very least Eric is an extremely poor businessman with poor business practices to match. Buyer beware!!

The service has always been above satisfactory and cost effective. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to provide emergency services. They are honest and affordable and I would recommend them to anyone!
