Called both the state and city and he has not been licensed since 2012 nor has insurance. BEWARE! This guy is extremely rude. He charged me $100 to come out and tell me that he couldn’t fix the leak. I understand that not everyone can fix every problem but he never even looked at the leak because he said he was "too old and too fat" to get into the attic. Those were his words and not my own. I told him on the phone that the leak was originating from the ceiling from water line to the fridge. Why would he attempt to come, if he wasn't willing to look in the attic where the water was coming from? I understand if he needed to come back at another time with additional people or tools but he just asked for his fee of $100 to tell me he wouldn't EVEN attempt look at were the source of the leak came from and knew it prior was coming from the ceiling. He kept telling me it was his dinnertime and he didn't even have to come. I agree he did not have to come and charge me just to tell me he wouldn't even look at the source of the problem. Honestly, I shouldn’t of paid him but I just wanted him out of my house. I have never given a bad review in my life but he was the worst!

Called this company to ask about free estimates and the owner rudely says “well then how am I going to make money” ???????????????? couldn’t believe it! Definitely will NEVER call this guy/ company again...... and here’s the killer part it’s the easiest job in the world! Changing out shower heads and faucets to all match! He didn’t have to be rude about it, it was just a question! There are other plumbers around but best advertisement it word of mouth and I will let friends and family know not to call this company!!!! Then tells it’s we have to break the wall..... dude u don’t even know what’s needs to be done! If I could rate a 0 I would!!!!!! Thanks a bunch for ur kidness ????
Had Ron fix our kitchen sink faucet and install a couple of new shower heads. He first looked the job over, recognized the kitchen sink brand and ordered replacement parts. Returned and completed repairs and installed the shower heads. Very good experience.
