Working with Miller and Sons Plumbing was one of the best customer experiences I have had. Excellent communication, from the moment I placed the service call I started receiving emails and texts with the technician’s name, Anthony Wiley, and time and date of the appointment. Anthony was right on time. I asked him to please call me with his assessment. He did so within minutes. I was out of town so I asked him to please take pictures before and after and text to me. He finished the job and I received 4 texts right away with the requested pictures. Anthony did an excellent job, was very professional and polite. We have been using Miller and Sons Plumbing for over a year and they are awesome! They have done everything from construction and renovation of new bathrooms to simple toilet repairs. No matter how big or how small the job, when we call for help they have always replied in less than 24 hours to put us on the schedule. They are amazing

Really great customer service company! I had to shut the water off from a broken valve in the garage. The floor was flooded and I had no water in the house. I called around 11-11:30am and they gave me a 12:30 - 4:00 window. To my surprise they arrived around 12:40. The job was complete by 1:10 and the water was back on in the house! The price was VERY reasonable and the plumber was super nice! Thank you Miller & Sons! I will definitely use them again. I Highly recommend!!
