First class company from customer service, sales gentleman who came on sight to provide a good education to help make a decision, to the installer who has been with the company for 13 years. He was efficient, quiet, detailed, organized and tackled the job with ease. The end product is just beautiful. Best is the install was completed in one day. Thank You. Well worth it.
Over all, we are very pleased with our Bath Fitter experience. We had a tub to shower conversion in our guest suite. It made sense to remove the old 1972 tub since most of our guests are getting on in years and need easier access. The quality of the product and the installation is excellent. As sometimes happens in an older home, there were some surprises behind the wall, but the installer was able to take them in stride. The company gives a flat rate price, so there was no extra charge. There were a couple of minor disappointments. It would have been nice to get a followup call shortly after the installation to see if we were happy. The only other thing was that we didn't receive our official Bath Fitter squeegee! But we do love our new shower
We went with bathfitters for our bathroom because of their name and their warranty. But in the end wound up having to deal with a lot of issues as far as customer service and things not being followed through with by a manager like we were told that they would and it was very costly for all of the problems that we had & ours was just put in this past week and we are now going to have to contact them again to come back out and fix some of where their installation was not installed completely. Not excited. Thank you to Jose CS manager that went over and beyond to help make it a better experience.
Bath Fitter did a professionally excellent job removing our old tub-shower combo and replacing it with a sleek, attractive and functional single shower. We live in a small manufactured home and space it critical. They did a great custom job within the space available and my wife and I could not be more pleased.
I always say you get what you pay for. BF is a bit pricey but it's a beautiful product and the installation is perfect. I can't say more than that !!!
