Excellent company!

Mike from Sawyer Plumbing came and did the new plumbing for our condo renovation. If you are lucky enough to get him as your plumber you will be a lucky person indeed! He handled the job with professionalism and patience. We can't say enough good things about him and his service. We were new to the area and our maintenance manager at the condo recommended this company. We hit a home run when Mike was the plumber who came. I would recommend this company and Mike.

Reviews from customers of Sawyer sound very good, however, getting someone to return a call requesting an estimate on work stinks. I have contacted them on two occasion within the past two months regarding work that I needed done and have been promised return calls on 4 occasions. No call backs. I contactred them on one occasion and the person answering the phone promised that a Sawyer rep would be scheduled the next morning to inspect the work; they did not show. My experience with Sawyer to date is less than poor based on their customer service. If they were too busy they should have the common business decency to return a call and provide that feedback/input. Never agan Sawyer. Frank Cocoa Fl.
