Justin B was awesome! He showed up quick and was very helpful and patient with us. He showed me my errors and told me how to correct it and did the work. He also checked out the rest of my units and made sure they were running properly and adequately. He mentioned what I will need done in the future and how to do it myself if I wanted to. I would highly recommend Justin B as a quality A/C service technician, and that the Freedom Air and Heat company has terrific customer service. Great job! Went above and beyond my expectations.

Robbie aka Batman was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all of our questions. He went above and beyond to help lay out our options with no pressure added during this expensive decision. Service expectations were great. Would recommend Robbie and Freedom Air to others based on fantastic and patient customer service. He got our needs taken care of and scheduled for next day installs. Mike is a great guy. Awesome personality, very knowledgeable. Was in and out in about an hour. Very pleased with this visit. Would not hesitate to recommend. Robbie just left. He and his helper thoroughly went through the air handler to find out what was making the noise and they found a piece of putty inside of the fan and they also found something that looked to be part of a shingle although I don't think it was but it was stuck up in the plenum and every time the air came on it would start making the noise but when the air picked up speed it would quit. But they found it and thoroughly checked everything. They also checked all of the vents in the house. I was satisfied with the way they checked everything and they were polite thorough and fast. Hopefully I won't have to call you anymore.

Absolutely they are the best company that I've ever dealt with. This company is reasonable, friendly and honest. The A/C technician Richard did a great job. He took time checking my system & explained things so that I could understand. I highly recommend Freedom air and heat inc to anyone needing a/c and heating issues.
