Contacted them about a problem with my water softener (not softening the water). I was unsure as to whether they'd be able to diagnose it, but they assured that they would. Technician came out and charged $115 to confirm that it wasn't softening the water and recommended that we call the mfg. I called a different company who charged me $95 to diagnose and repair it (drain line was clogged with pipe dope).

These guys are true pros! I oversee over 250 units in a local apartment complex, and these guys will always get my buisness when issues arise because they come fast, they are very knowledgeable in their trade, and prices are fair. They have never let me down and they won't let you down either. Highly recommended.

We've been repeat customers of theirs for about 5 years now and I have to say they are a great plumbing company if you live in the Brandon area. Everyone is polite and service is exceptional. One of the guys that come out to us a lot has been in plumbing for over 25 years so they are more than knowledgeable. Rates are good and worth the money if you need professional intervention. 10/10 would highly recommend.
