I needed water heater replaced and Tim came to the rescue. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs. Strongly recommend them.

Called on Saturday 7/6 to repair outside hose bib, that had fallen off. I turned off the water, and called Brandon plumbing, as it indicated they were close. Tim answered promptly and sent someone out in 1 hour to repair. The repair man, who was an outsourced plumber was very nice and very efficient. It took him 10-15 minutes to solder on a new hose bib. I thought that it may be higher because it was a Saturday, but did not expect to pay $650 + for the repair. My fault, I suppose, as I did not drill them down on a price and they took advantage. I have know asked for a copy of a receipt, from Tim, 4 different times over the past 1 1/2 months, only to get a response that it was coming. I suspect the reason I am not getting one is that it would show the excessive cost. The work was done quickly and well, the price was outrageous and the follow up unprofessional. Would not recommend them or use them in the future

Brandon Plumbing answered my plumbing emergency when no one else would even pick up their phones. They came out on a PRIORITY basis for my family on a weekend AND a holiday and fixed my major plumbing issue before it became a full-blown disaster! When my water heater stopped working, Tim went above and beyond to give me the best deal possible. He and his team were prompt and ensured that they explained everything in relation to my new tankless water heater. I would use him again no questions asked!!

Brandon Plumbing knows about great customer service. Truly a blessing to have incredible people to go above n beyond the call of duty. I called on a Saturday and spoke with Tim that my shower head needed repairs. He didn’t have any service techs available, so he went out of his way to come do the repairs himself. After a few hours of battling the problem, he finally fixed the plumbing. A tremendous effort on his part and I couldn’t thank him enough.
