If you reside in South Florida, then using any other plumbing contractor than Ridgeway would be inviting a potential disaster. I can tell you from firsthand experience that they are both professional and perfectionistic. My contact over there is Anna-Lesa. She is a living doll.

While I was at work this morning just after 5:30AM, a few hours from coming off a night shift, I get a phone call that my 1 year old baby boy is being rushed to the hospital. My captain immediately relieved me so I could make my way to St. Mary's Hospital. As I was coming up to one of the Ridgeway's work van (Van #298 baring FL tag ESPG40), I switch to the lane next to him since it was open. As I got ready to pass him, the driver purposely switched to my lane and hit his breaks almost causing me to crash. I just wanted to get to my son so I switched to the next lane over. Once again, he cut me off and hit his breaks almost causing me to crash again. Now he may not value his life but I value my life very very much. This driver represented a company I now would not hire to clean up dog feces in my backyard. Let alone giving them access to my home where my wife and kids might come in contact with them. If this is the type of employees this company hires to send to your home, find another company to use. There are plenty of other trained professionals out there. Stay away from this one. Again, I would NOT hire this company to clean up dog feces in my backyard and definitely wouldn't let any of their employees in my home.

I hired Ridgeway to do four projects at my home. Two of these involved fixing toilets - one that would run continuously and one that would run intermittently. They had to come back several times to work on both toilets. Every mechanic who came was very polite. Each time they left, the toilet appeared to be working, but within a week they would start running again. Yesterday the mechanic who came replaced some of the plumbing in the back of the toilet. So far, so good.

Had a broken water heater - Called in the evening and they were there at 7am the next day (exactly when they said they would be). Very friendly staff and super efficient - highly recomend.
