Hired Palm Beach Grill to finish a project. They communicated in writing that they will handle it. We made final payment to later find out they never finished the permit process ,which ended up putting me into court. Every day we chased him until after 30 days he disappeared. So the stories you hear of contractors saying yes to pay and then disappeared are true. I had to hire another company to finish what he was paid for and somehow they got it handled with no problem.

Horrible service, Aden at palm beach grill and repair came to my home in October 2017 to modernize fireplace. Sold me on a $1200.00 unit, when it came in too small, asked for more money said it was going to be about $1600.00, when it came in he said it was $2400.00 and I had no choice but to pay it since he has removed all the previous pieces and I wanted this done after 3 months. There were some pieces missing he said they were ordered and should be 1-2 weeks to finish, well it was call after call with no return calls or text messages. Took my money and never finished. March 15, 2018 was my final attempt to get this con artist to finish. Now I’m hiring someone to finish s job Aden was paid for. DO NOT USE THIS CON Artist. I have contacted my attorney. I have pictures, texts and emails. Let’s see how he gets out of this. I will have the last word in this!!!

Aden, the owner, came to my house to give me a quote on grill repair/maintenance. He tell's me the price for parts, price for cleaning, and price for labor of installing replacement parts. He tells me he "has two girls that clean and it will be $250 for them, $500 for parts, and approx $150. for labor for himself, and that he collects a deposit of half of the parts up front" . I actually write him a check for $300 and explain that I wrote for more than he asked because he didn't add in the springs that need replacing and a clip that holds the control module in place on my vent hood. He tell's me these parts are "inconsequential in price" looks at my check, accepts it and leaves. I next get a text from him telling me that "the check was supposed to be for $500". I text him back verbatim: "I'm sorry but I thought you said the deposit was half of the parts total? If I misunderstood you, no worries, I can pay whatever...." He replies "no worries". Next he calls, and tells me that "it's $300 for the cleaning-girls and that I need to pay them separately" and that "since he told me $250, he'd knock $50 of the total bill" The girls show up and clean my grill and vent-hood as quoted. I go to pay them and they have me write the check out to "Palm Beach Grill Repair" (remember, I needed to pay them "directly" but it's made out to the guy/owner who gave me the quote? Makes zero sense) I get a text from Aden saying that "the parts are all in, however I wont be there on Friday and will have to come on Saturday instead" I text him back that our son is having an outdoor party Friday night and I really need him to fix it when he said he would. He texts me back "I will be by tomorrow" I text him back "Thank you!" He shows up Friday morning (I hear him in the backyard working) calls me on the phone later to come out back to see his work, when he then tells me "All the parts came in except the springs, the clip for the vent-hood control (a small metal clip) and one of the igniters (he supposedly replaced 2) and they will all be in Tuesday" He then proceeds to ramble on about how he "buys his parts direct from a guy who sells them online" (makes zero sense but whatever) and he will get the parts in on Tuesday" I say "sounds good, see you Tuesday and I guess we can settle up then" Aden then says "well I really would like to get paid and I'll just finish on Tuesday" I tell him "hey this is South Florida and I really have had trouble getting people to do what they say and finish jobs and I'm not comfortable paying for a job that isn't completed" He tell's me "okay, I understand, I'll be back Tuesday" I get a text later on in the early afternoon on Friday from Aden and it reads (again verbatim) " I can't stand it when people don't trust me especially after I give them good service just mail me a check and have fun finding another Grill guy" I call him and ask him if he's okay? I ask him when he pays for a job that isn't complete? He proceeds to read me the riot act, tells me to call a plethora of his competitors and I'm continually asking him "Are you Okay? Seriously?" He's yelling and rambling, I tell him I'm mailing an check and I hung up. If he would simply had returned on Tuesday like he said he would, with all of the parts like he said he had, installed them like he said he would, and THEN collected his check/bill due, then all would be well and he would have a loyal-customer.... but no, his choice was for this not to be a normal business transaction, and to act unprofessional and erratic. Bizarre is an understatement. My grill still isn't fixed! *BUYERS-BEWARE*

I was looking for a new custom grill for a property I bought. After looking through multiple companies,I found Aden. I could not be more happy with the product and the service I recieved from Aden and his team. Prompt and expert service and they could anwser any questions I had.
