Home Services at The Home Depot

Scheduled to have cherry hard wood floor in the den installed today by /us installation a group Home depot uses to install all their floors..between 8a & 11a. Got a call 930 saying they had to finish a job before mine so they will be there between 12 & 3. At 1:30 got a call -they don't have anyone to install my floor cause its a glue down till Thursday. I said not my problem...The female scheduler denied the crew was at another job in the morning.."I don't know who told you that -I'm the scheduler" I said I want to talk to your manager--she said we don't have one--we have a vice president but he's really hard to get a hold of..and she started laughing..I said "are you laughing at me?" She said no and kept laughing..I told her exactly which orifice she could shove this job and the one I just bought over the weekend of bamboo for the livingroom. A total loss of $6,000.00. What an unprofessional inappropriate employee. Home depot lost a lot of many and many customers as I'm just starting to spread my story! We'll see who is laughing when I contact Craig Menear CEO and president of The Home DEPOT ...
