I called with a plumbing concern, toilet filling & flushing constantly, and the girls in the office said someone would be able to get there the same day. I was totally impressed by the swift appointment. Tech showed up later in the afternoon and diagnosed the issue giving us multiple solutions from replacing the guts to a new toilet. My husband's a plumber, of course we aren't around, so the he told the tech to change out the guts. Mike was efficient and did a great job. No more noise. Even though this was a small issue, we didn't want it to turn to a bigger one. So impressed with the staff at Plumbing Nerds. They are courteous, professional and caring. That is why they stand out from the rest. Pat and Doug came out to give me an estimate on some work that needed to be done. I had a competitor initially tell me $20,000.00 of plumbing work needed to be done! These two guys spent hours going over everything to determine I didn’t need a thing. I cannot tell you how happy my wife and I are. We we actually contemplating selling the house. Very professional. I got updates on where my technician was. They are available 24/7 and were also quick. They fixed my sink and were very honest with everything. Great breakdown of prices! My technician mike was great! Definitely recommend them!
Had and estimate from them for a whole house re-plumbing. Very professional and courteous. Answered all questions and provided multiple options with transparent pricing.
