It is unfortunate that the first person who helps you gives you such bad customer service, or it does not give you any service at all! the lady that picked up the phone simply just hung up on me. I can only imagine the number of clients she is turning away just for her lack of professionalism over the phone.

Customer service starts at the front desk, the woman that answers the phone is very rude, I did not go any further with my request for plumbing work on a new build out because if the owners allow rudeness at the front desk what do the techs get away with? Not For Me!

The receptionist was rude & hung up on me.

Job done incredibly bad.
