Boss Pump & Well

I called, 40 minutes later they were here , Needed new pump, done. Great service!!

Horrible company, thank god we were smart enough to stop payment on a $2000 check. We were without water 2 hours after Boss (Shane Well and Pump) finished putting in our submersible pump. Then a child (Chad) came the next afternoon told us it would be another $1500. Of course they took our old pump (probably nothing wrong with it), then told us they had no idea where it was 3 days after taking it. Please beware we should have researched this company first. We called another local company out of Apollo Beach and without us even telling them the company name, they asked us if it was (Boss) Shane Well and Pump. We plan on going to news channel 8, with all the pictures, and the bogus invoice, and hope we can help someone else not go through what we did.. Shame on you Shane!!

I had another well known company come out to my lot to fix my well and they said I needed a new pump and bladder tank and they wanted to charge me $2400. I call Boss Pump and they come out within the hour and found the real problem was my pressure switch and only charged me $85.00. I would use them again for sure.

BEST PUMP COMPANY AROUND! THEY CAME OUT THIS WEEKEND AND FIXED MY WATER PUMP SYSTEM. THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY PUMP FOR OVER 35 YEARS. LIKE EVERYONE IN RIVERVIEW KNOWS THEY ARE A BUSY COMPANY
