Had Brothers Plumbing come out to repair the toilet because it was flushing by itself. Also replace the faucet in my sister shower. The part was $140.00 and labor 80.00. also replaced spigot on side of house. total was $350.00. starting flushing by itself again within 24 hours. Called them again and replaced another part I n the same toilet. charges $25.00 for the part and labor $20.00 . You thought he would have caught additional problem with the toilet if he knew what he was doing. I will never use them again. I guess being a woman I looked stupid and wouldn't know any better. The parts were all plastic and I know you have to make a profit, but this is robbery. Feel like he did just enough so he would have to come back and do more. I will let my friends know to not use them.

I don't recommend this company, call someone else. I called them twice they never showed up, never called back. Very unreliable.

I called several plumbers to check a leak for me and Henry at Brothers was the only one to return my call and came out to give me an estimate on the cost. I told him I would get back to him to schedule a time to do the fix. We scheduled a day and time and he never showed up, no call either. I tried calling him a few times, and sent a couple of text and still no answer. I had to hire another company to come out and fix my leak. I won't recommend Brothers to another person ever! Very unprofessional.

Brother's repaired my hot water heater. Two weeks later, it was out again. Both times it was a burnt circuit board. Now a month later and it's the same problem. Except this time they have been a no show for two days. Going to try one more time to schedule repair. Then calling the Attorney General's office of consumer affairs to make a formal complaint. I would also go to the BBB, but they are NOT members. And then off to small claims court, it only cost $35 and it's worth it to me to see them in court.
