In I could give this outfit a zero, I would! My daughter signed a contract with these people on December 28, 2018. She also had extensive water damage from leaking pipes which required completely ripping out her entire bathroom and the floor all the way to the septic tank. It was left that way for over a month before they finally replaced the cement floor. After much prodding, they reinstalled her toilet about 3 weeks ago. They convinced her to sign over the insurance check in the amount of just over 19,000 "to buy materials " back in February. As of today 3-11-20, no further work has been done. The walls are torn out and she still has no bathtub or vanity. I will be posting pictures on Facebook for anyone who is contemplating using this company. The department of licensing and regulation will be my next contact.

Due to extensive water damage in my home, I contacted True Builders to handle the clean-up and restoration of my flooring and kitchen cabinets. Chad and Cory work on the water mitigation team and they spent more than four hours working in my home today. They did a great job tearing out my damaged flooring and setting up air blowers to dry up the excess water and prevent mold. These guys were very professional, kind and respectful.
