Their mailings intentionally leave you with the impression that they are a government agency, which they are not. Our sales person was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable however, his promises of superior customer service and competitive prices were just to get us to buy. I was promised paperwork that would instruct me on how the system works, how to maintain it, etc. However, after numerous phone calls I still have yet to receive anything useful. After my first call, I got a warranty certificate and a thank you letter asking me to refer people to their company. More than half the times I have called, I get a voicemail message. I've never been able to get anyone via the 'operator' option and when I have left messages, no one calls back. They did come out to retest the water when we asked about why we didn't see any improvement however, it appears that was just to keep us hooked so we didn't try to back out of the deal. Now I am being told by other tradesmen that are doing work at our house that we paid an excessive amount for our system (thousands more). It appears they just want to get you hooked and then you are on your own. Their customer service is non-existent. Be warned. UPDATE: Just got off the phone with the owner of Florida Water Analysis. After much discussion and talking in circles it appears they want homeowners to pay them 'an additional fee' to come out every few months to put salt in the water softener tank. (This is something that NO ONE mentioned before.) The owner said they are a full service company and there was nothing I needed to do. When I asked about how I, as a homeowner, would know when to add salt or what to look for, the owner said, "It isn't that hard is it? It's like putting gas in your car. Your owner's manual doesn't tell you to add gas when you run out." The owner just kept talking in circles first saying he would send me a manual, then asking if I wanted him to just "write something out", then saying he just wanted to make me happy. All while maintaining a condescending tone to his voice as to say I am an idiot. Even the smallest of companies provides some type of basic paperwork to consumers explaining how their product works, how to maintain the product, what to do, and most importantly what not to do. We paid $3,895 for this system and now we are being told we are expected to pay an additional fee to have someone come out and put salt in a tank with no idea of how what we paid for is supposed to work nor what we should or should not do. What is wrong with this picture?

I was able to talk with the owner of Florida Water Analysis. I wasn’t sure about whether getting a water filtration system would help with the horrible taste of the water here in Florida. I went ahead and got it. The work done was timely and the taste of the water is great! Thanks Florida Water Analysis!
