I had a draining issue in one of my bathrooms and called Cypress Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon. Gayle, the office manager or scheduler I assume, answered the phone and put me down for Friday at 1.00 pm, stating it may be a little later because they do not know how long the preceding job could take which is perfectly understandable. I called an hour before the appointment and Gayle confirmed that a plumber from their company will arrive. On 1.00 pm she called me again and stated he may be a little bit late because of a preceding job. At 1.30 pm she called again and informed me that a plumber was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter and quickly identified the problem, went to Lowe's to buy a piece of pipe, came back after half an hour and repaired it professionally. In the end he arranged everything in the way how it looked before but without the leak. I could not have been pleased more. Another plumbing company whom I have used before, was unable to fix the issue but charged a lot. Cypress Plumbing was not only courteous but competent as well. I will use them in the future for my plumbing needs again. Thank you!

Wow! Cypress Plumbing was everything I hoped for from a plumbing service. I had my whole house re-piped and couldn't be more satisfied with the finished job. They were in communication with me for every step of the job and when I was talking to the office workers or the men working at the house, complete respect, politeness and true caring. They made a big effort to make sure the job was done right! It has been a few weeks since they finished the re-pipe and everything is perfect. Thanks Cypress Plumbing!!!

I give 3 stars because I've had both great and poor experiences with Cypress Plumbing. If a younger-middle aged plumber comes to do your work, make sure to keep an eye on him and ensure everything is done properly. I had them out to unclog a toilet line some months back, they failed to clear the clog, which I had to do the next day from outside, entering the line from a access point nearer the septic tank. Then when re-setting the toilet, he did not use a new wax ring. Now, months later I have a toilet which has slowly leaked around the base and damaged the flooring, which I will have to pull and replace. That being said, I've had an older gentleman come to my properties two other times, once for a water heater issue, and once a shower fixture issue, and with both of those issues I couldn't be more satisfied.

We've used Cypress Plumbing several times, always satisfied with a job well done, in a timely manner and reasonable/fair pricing. Would highly recommend!
