They stand behind their work. They have helped me many times. I would call on them any time. You know what ? These guys stand buy their work. You have a problem with their work ? They will work with you to correct it. At least they have with me. They have replaced my pump and the waterline from the wellhead to the pump and were priced right and very thorough. They fixed my air conditioner too and then called me a week later just to ask me how it was working put and if i was having any difficulty with the system. I would recommend Charlie and his team anytime to anyone. He takes the time to answer all of your questions and does not stop until he is sure that you understand what needs to be done and why. You can't go wrong....
Great Service
$225 to replace a fill valve is excessive. They charged 1.5 hours of labor at 131.25 per hour for a job that takes 10 minutes. I've done it myself before, but could not get down to my 81 year old mother's house to do it this last time. I Will NEVER call them again nor recommend them to anyone, including my worst enemies. If I could post this without giving them any stars, I would.
