The Worst experience EVER! A tech comes to my home under the false pretenses of doing a “free estimate” which ends up being $95.00. I didn’t have cash on me and couldn’t leave my home which I have my business in. I asked the tech to come back the next day anytime before 5:00pm to get the $95.00. A tech arrives the next day after 6:00pm when my business is closed and I’m running errands. He barges his way into my home when my 15 yr old opens the door. Ranting about money. She tells them I am not home and he begins to bad mouth me to my daughter about the $95. He leaves my home and walks up to my Landscapers who are just beginning to mow my lawn and begins telling them I owe him money and tells them “good luck getting paid”. My oldest daughter pulls up and he proceeds to approach her car and tell HER the same awful story. They call me and I Call him and ask him why would he carry on like that? I stop everything and call him as I go back home. When I arrive back to my home ask him to come Back to my home and get the $95. He was extremely rude again. And never apologized for his unprofessional behavior. I gave him his money, got my receipt and asked him to Leave my property. ‘This Company is HORRIBLE. The Tech; who is possiblly also the owner’s attitude is HORRENDOUS! The rudest man I have ever experienced. Do NOT. I repeat DO NOT use them.

They were prompt to return my voicemail I left over the weekend. The tech was here to check out my issue with my a/c in just a few short hours after opening on Monday morning. He was thorough, professional and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business for your HVAC service and/or repair needs. Thank you, Mike!!
