Had this company out to my house last week. They talked me into getting the hydrojet to clean out everything and guaranteed it for 10 years. They tech was so great no issues there. It took about 4 hours to get it done which is fine. But here i am a week later and my basement drain flooded again. But after contacting them they are gonna come check it out and fix it at no charge. Pretty good company and pretty prompt and fast to respond.

Shane has done many plumbing jobs for me including installing a new hot water tank, installing new and tricky vessel sinks, brand new plumbing for an added sink and 3 new faucets not to mention installing 2 new toilets and reinstalling an existing toilet. Oh, and also unplugging a hopelessly plugged toilet by removing a dog toy. Each time, Shane has done an amazing job and highly recommend him and his company, Plumbing 911. I am extremely pleased with all of Shane's work and will most definitely use him whenever I need a plumber. Thank you Shane for outstanding work and service!

I used this company to diagnose a sewer smell in my basement. John S came out and put some dye down my sink drain and said he would have to come back another day and camera. Charged me $89. Said if I ended needing the entire pipe replaced cost would be $3800. Came back 4 days later and did camera on my sewer pipe --($247) and said I could have video of the camera work. Also hydrojetted the drain pipe with something on the end which knocked holes in the clay pipe from the photos I ended up with and told me there was a huge rock in my sewer pipe. Cost for hydro jet $655. Went to truck several times to call "the boss". Interesting that he couldn't call "the boss" in front of me?? Said my entire sewer lateral needed replaced due to "the rock" in the line. Wrote estimate for $9300----TRIPLE of what the cost was 4 days earlier. Told me to call into the office and one of the office girls would email me the video. I did so. She told me there is no video-- I said John S told me to call in for it and she said she had worked there 3 years and there are NO videos of sewer lines. She was able to get the photos of "the rock in pipe" which John had emailed to "the boss". I asked about other photos of my line---but John said he had dropped his phone in a bucket of water in my basement. I proceeded to believe him and gave him a bag of rice to dry out his phone. Amazing the phone seemed to turn right back on. Amazing how fast that rice did work!!!!! I canceled all quoted work the next day (thank God for Ohio's 3 day right of recission) and got a 2nd opinion from another local reputable plumbing which was recommended to me by family--should have called them first. They came out and video taped the lateral----amazing---NO ROCK IN THE LINE-- I showed them the photo of the rock in my sewer line which John S gave and they said that was NOT MY SEWER!! There was NO rock!! Yes they did recommend replacement, not because there was a rock, but because it was the old clay pipe, and it should be replaced because I could problems down the road----estimate and end cost 3450.00. Video $175. So, I sunk nearly $1,000 into Plumbing 911 only to be deceived with a photo of a rock. If what Plumbing 911 is doing---which it appears happened to me--is show a customer a photo of rock in "A" sewer line NOT their sewer line as a scare tactic-----just to get the job. First time EVER,, and I have owned 4 homes on my own--have I EVER had a contractor come to my home and tell what his weekly wage is and the wage of all the other workers in the company. As well as his war stories of laying in a trench with his weapon and on and on it went. I am not sure who he was trying to impress. When I reported my disgust and displeasure to Karen Miller, wife of "the boss" she first there nothing she could do and "blessed" my day and hung up the phone. Then called me back 30 minutes later and offered a $247 refund if I would sign a paper to NOT give them a bad google review. I declined her offer. I learned one thing from my upbringing to never, ever, accept a bribe. Compromising the truth is not worth it. Run---do not walk---from this company. Save yourself a whole lot of money and grief.

Our sewer backed up on Christmas Eve and we called 911. They were out in a few minutes and had completed the job in a couple of hours. My dad also used them last year for 75 feet of new sewer piping to the street. Again, they were over and above service
