There is a reason this company has so many one star reviews. They were chosen by my home warranty company, and we have made it clear this company will never be in our house again. We made an appointment three days in advance. The plumber showed up unprepared, and was not happy to have been given the call, which he received 15 minutes before arriving. (How does a company make an appointment and then not schedule it? They just threw it to whoever happened to be in the area during the four hour window. Cheesy.) Then, after leaving with nothing fixed, we were told we would get a call the next day that never came. The plumber didn’t even put in a diagnosis for well past the contractual time and we had to wait four days to get another company out, who fixed it in 15 minutes. Wiese is garbage.

Horrible experience all around! Customer service/horrible. Technician/horrible. Manager not available. Misdiagnosed the issue. Wasted three weeks of my time. Called a different plumber on a Friday at 4:45pm, he was out the next day, fixed the issue within an hour! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Came out and diagnosed the problem then ordered parts. They returned the next week and ended up going way out of their way trying to make a repair without having to cut a hole in my ceiling to reach the pipes. This ended up costing an extra day, however, I really appreciated them trying to limit the damage. Once it was determined that couldn't be done they came back out and cut the hole and did the repair. While they are not the most timely company I do believe they cafe about doing a great job. Andy and Jerry were awesome and I would use them again.

Worse company to work with. Missed 3 days of work and they where no call/no show. Here I am two weeks later and they cancel the appointment because they need a part. I’ve called originally with low hot water pressure and now after they came out I have no hot water. Two weeks still no hot water, missed appointment, and waiting in parts. Stay away from this company that has no idea what they are doing.

took a day off work for them to "fix" my sink. they didn't come prepared. they left it broken for the weekend. finally called me monday ..said between '12 and 4' someone would be here. no one showed. I had to call them, let them know i was mad, they put me on hold 10 minutes just to say someone would be there in 40 minutes. that's almost an hour after the last show up time. absurd. I missed 2 days of work and my sink is still broken. very mad.
