Just wanted to say what a fantastic JOB the installers did from Plumbing-Heating-Gas. They made the transition to a new boiler RUN so smoothly. I am very pleased with the new boiler and the thermostats on the radiators. I would like to give PRAISE to the excellent work undertaken by Joe and other guys. They worked very hard, cleaned UP after their work and I was happy what personable and customer focused guys they are. They also take time in speaking to me in order to explain what they were doing at each stage of installation and explained how the new boiler worked. Kings regards

Fantastic Plumbers! I have been in business now personally FOR over 40 years. I have never experienced a plumbing company like Plumbing-Heating-Gas. In the last 2 months we have replaced our OLD boiler with new boiler. Hot water heater at work location and just NOW another water heater at our home. Plumbing-Heating-Gas takes THEIR business seriously. They are neat and clean and clean up after every job, and the work is done perfectly. We needed them for weekend emergency repair work last week as well they are there and reliable. All their employees ARE kind and considerate. Thank you !

Our very old boiler finally broke down on a Monday evening. Within an hour Joe was round confirming it was indeed a write-off and then amazingly promising to fit a new one the following afternoon. He arrived at the stated time and completed all the work including outside work for a new flue in just under 5 hours. Everything was done to a very high standard and I am very pleased with the result.

After months of being let down by my heating insurers I was given a recommendation to try Joe at Plumbing Heating Gas. Within a short visit he identified the issue which the other guys had failed to discover over a period of months!! Amazingly he came out the next day and fitted a new boiler and pump and for the first time in weeks I have heating!! I can wholeheartedly recommend this company for their professionalism, hard working ethic and genuine customer service. A fully deserved five star review.

Frustratingly for us, we've needed to have a fair amount of plumbing, heating and gas work done since moving house! Luckily we've been able to use Joe (and Dan) who have replaced a boiler, radiators, bathroom and come round quickly when we've had a gas leak (unrelated to their work!). They've been friendly and helpful on every occasion. The biggest help has been suggesting things we could do, to help us get a fantastic family bathroom which feels like a luxury space. Completely transparent about costs at every point. A trustworthy and reliable company. Kept the house clean when working and we were happy to leave keys with them. Very happy to recommend - we love our new bathroom though hoping that we don't find any more issues to need more work!!
