I Rate these guys, had some work done, needed it done urgently. Pettifer Plumbing & Heating stepped up to the plate for me when I asked for assistance. They were helpful and understanding, advising me what was the best option open to me given my budge for a boiler and didn’t just push for the tip top most expensive bit of kit they could, which mean a lot because most competiter companies I dealt with would just try to sell me on something I could not afford. Thanks guys, your Engineer and your office staff were very friendly and helpful when getting everything arranged and fitted. The after care has been great, no need for any call backs at all but they were still attentive enough to call and see that everything is working correctly and ship shape. Top job. Cheers

Very pleased with the work carried out for me before Christmas, fast , efficient and clean along with friendly service from the guys who fitted our new boiler and the ladies in the office were great in trying to accommodate us in a bit of an emergency situation.Thank you all

I'm giving 2 for the workmanship which was done reasonably well but their scheduling was the worst I've experienced by trades people. Job took twice as long as first scheduled as they seemed to be preoccupied with another job, possibly. Late shows and no shows with poor communication and difficult to get get hold of on their landline, although contact was always made when payment was due. Disappointed overall as time is precious.

Boiler died so new one needed a replacement which could have been nasty but Richard was great, took me through the products, even had finance options which I hadn't even considered. Knew his stuff so we did the deal, got fitted as promised and works a treat. Nice work, cheers guys.
