The water heater in our home broke and Frontier was quick to honour the warranty. We had no issues at all and had a new water heater sent to our house within hours of contacting them. We had to pay for installation but we were very happy and impressed by the level of customer service we received from Sylvia. I would highly recommend and would never take my business elsewhere.
