Had yearly furnace inspection With Raymond today. I was extremely impressed. Very polite, did a complete inspection and explained everything. After he left I felt very comfortable with my system, all of my questions answered as he went above and beyond. This is recognized and appreciated.. I have to say over the last 3 years I have noticed a big improvement with the cleaning and inspections and Raymond is at the top of the list. If homeowners get him for their inspection, they are very lucky.

Technicians Mike Salazar and Jessie were great to work with. Here when they promised, fast, efficient, and competent and were cheerful and polite. They replaced a very large hot water tank in an awkward space and gave clear explanations before during and after the work was done. Thanks again guys for doing such a great job!

Raymond is simply the best. He's the best guy to provide prompt and exceptional service provided at a reasonable price. He's extremely professional and is also packaged with great experience. Raymond was super efficient and quite punctual. I am very satisfied with the services provided and will be using this company and Raymond's assistance again in the future.

Technician called before arrival, he arrived promptly and ready to do the job. He explained what he was going to do before heading down, and returned to specify what he found and what needed to be done. He was very professional and prepared for his job and he completed it in a timely manner. Vitality was very professional and we will gladly use the service again.

Mr. Shah installed a water heater at our house and he was very clean, very thorough. he went through how the water heater works , he listened, he was efficient. A very polite man. Thank you Mr Shah. I rate him a 10/10 best installer by far.
