My name is Mari (on Milady) and I had another quality service from Enercare, in particular, Steve. Thank you Steve for understanding exactly what was needed for my furnace to run smoothly and efficiently this winter. Steve K came to our house today to fix our water heater. Not only did he fix our water heater, he checked our furnace, found a small problem which we needed a part to fix. Unexpectedly Steve showed up at our house a little later with the part. Steve K was friendly, respectful, and kept us informed as he fixed. Thank you Steve K

Our heat broken down last week. I called Enercare and they sent a technician the next morning. A part needed to be replaced, but Rauf, the technician made a temporary fix so that we would have heat while we waited for the part to arrive; considering it's winter, this was a total lifesaver. The part came the next day and I received a call from Enercare to fix the appointment - nice touch. Rauf and Raj came today, super punctual and finished the job. They are quick, efficient, courteous and reliable. It was a pleasure to meet technicians who believe in the work ethic and have the expertise to solve issues satisfactorily.

A big thanks to Tony, Greg, and Daniel for helping out with my hot water heater. They were here for awhile, but it was worth it. Very thorough. They were also very familiar with the building as well as future options for heating & cooling. Great experience.

So happy I got Angelo & Daniel to come and service my furnace before winter. They found a problem with my furnace, and were able to repair it before the cold winter months. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you Danny Ferraro
