At least a half dozen more times, has come through on some home and work disasters (last minute and often after-hour jobs). Quality work, done the right way the first time, and just professional and nice about getting the calls. Also- he does run gas pipes for propane in addition to typical water-related plumbing. He is simply the best and most responsive around.
Very positive experience. Dwayne rebuilt a toilet and replaced the drain in a bathroom sink. He was in and out in less than 90 minutes. I'll definitely call Dwayne for any future plumbing needs. Hopefully not too often.
Do not contact this company for service. I write this to prevent others from experiencing the same vague process, exorbitant estimates and abusive customer service that we experienced with Plumber on Demand. Our plumber came on time (early even) only to announce that we needed to pay $125 for the travel cost for his trip to our house to do the estimate. We were not made aware of this charge in advance, but decided to proceed as we had been searching for a plumber for some time and as still seems to be the case, a good plumber is hard to find. Furthermore, we were working with the understanding that the $125 would be deducted from the estimate for the actual repair. After dismantling our toilet, the plumber contacted head office who confirmed that we should be charged an additional $730+ (taxes included) to inspect and re-screw the toilet back in place (and to snake my bathroom sink). Surprised by the significant fee, my husband contacted their office himself to question the estimate. The representative went into a fit of rage, scolded my husband and hung up on him. We've opted to take our business elsewhere (even after having already paid the $125 off the top fee.) If poor customer service and paying nearly $1,000 in total for a run of the mill plumbing job seems reasonable, then Plumber on Demand is the company for you. We've learned our lesson, and our search for a talented and professional plumber continues.
My wife and I had horrible experience with Plumber on demand . George was the guy who came all he wanted is to make quick money without trying to solve the problem. My wife was home by herself and he kept on arguing and behave rudely to the extent that she felt very uncomfortable. George left the house leaving things disheveled . When I called the Owner/Manager named Anthony , instead of listening to customer, he kept defending himself ..I gave him chance to redeem and he doesn’t deserve a second chance .. NEVER call them .. you will regret !!
They did a fantastic job and were very reasonably priced. Work was done quickly and everything works great!
