Alexie came right away to assess the situation. He was knowledgeable and gave me options, explaining what each one would cost and pros/cons of the options. I appreciated that he was not pushy. He resolved the issue at a very reasonable price compared to competitors in the market. I would recommend getting him in to at least assess the situation and to give a fair and honest opinion of what needs to be done. Integrity goes a long way!
